Googling on Linux ( or bash ) Command Line Utility for doing xyz task, will help the user to get examples of the same. For Data Rescue, File Managers / FileZilla can be used on networked machines to access the Live CD Machine for copying data files and folders. Refer Video / Screenshot for connection parameters and downloading option.
