This is the Open Storage Toolkit. It contains a variety of storage systems research software dating back to 2001. You'll find one of the first iSCSI initiator implementations (for kernels 2.4, 2.6 and 3.x), a user-level iSCSI target (udisk) that's still compatible with the Linux initiator (as of kernel version 5.x), the first implementation of Object-based Storage Devices (kernel version 2.4), and an implementation of Differentiated Storage Services (kernel versions 3.11.10 and 4.13.2).

These scripts run from any webserver (eg, nginx) on a FreeBSD host with a zpool configured. VMs are cloned from ZFS snapshot and exported via iSCSI. A qemu process on a (linux) hypervisor host is created via ssh (keys), with the qemu process being the iSCSI initiator. -

SUSFinder is a utility to assign IP address and flash firmware to ASUS WL-500G Premium router booted in recovery mode on local network, in the case that you didn't know router's IP address settings beforehand. This utility do essentially the same thing as ASUS Firmware Restoration Utility, except that it relies on the external 'atftp' program to do the TFTP firmware flashing part. Currently, SUSFinder is written in ANSI C with POSIX API, thus should be portable to most Unix-like platform (including Cygwin). -
