This frontend makes it easier (and probably more safe) to use the Windows version of dd (http://www.chrysocome.net/dd) program. User can: * Select the disk device (a partition or a root one) * Put a binary image onto the device * Save a binary image of the selected device to a file * Erase the selected device (fill it with zeroes) Suitable for: * Create a bootable USB disks from an ISO images * Backup disks * Make an ISO image from CD disk * Erase corrupted MBR's which Windows can not handle USE WITH CAUTION - it is a very beta version. Note that the app is writen in JAVA, so you need the JRE installed.

A couple of steps added to the OFFICIAL Joborun tarball to get a bootable system. From there you can choose to add a graphic setup...or not.

This project is for a PE Builder plug-in for the Ext2Fsd software. I decided to develope this solution in order to be able to scan ext2/ext3 partitions using KAV/KIS anti-virus Rescue Disk which is created with PE Builder.

TekDT BMC Pro is a lightweight Windows deployment platform for bootable USB/HDD media and PXE network boot. ThinTUX is a small Linux distribution for thin clients. It has support for all major remote access protocols. The distribution can be booted from the network. The configuration is stored on a DHCP server to simplify terminal management.

Timer wakes up the computer from the shut down state using the BIOS clock and alarm time (RTC-Alarm). The computer is booted and a user program is started. A next wake-up (restart by BIOS) is programmed and Timer shuts down the computer again.

BootDebug is kind of an odd ball tool. It boots up like an OS (using Grub) but is not really an OS at all. What it provides is a tool to look at the system in a very pure state, allowing you to see exactly what is going on at they very start of the system powering up.

BootRetarder allows to retard the start of some programs, so your computer boots fastly and the programs you want to be starded at the init are ran one by one separated by a defined interval of miliseconds.
