This project is aimed to add the ADMtek compatible USB-Ethernet converter support to the ARM systems, including Android. The patch provided is intended for http://pegasus2.sourceforge.net/ Pegasus/Pegasus II USB Ethernet Linux driver. It allows the driver successfully run on ARM making it send the correctly aligned requests for DMA. Tested on Android 4.2.2 (Linux 3.0.36) with DesignWare USB 2.0 OTG Controller (DWC_OTG). The VHDL model mimics the pipeline design described in Patterson & Hennessy's book (Computer Organisation and Design) and is an almost complete implementation of the MIPS32r2 instruction set. MinimalModbus is an easy-to-use Python module for talking to instruments (slaves) from a computer (master) using the Modbus protocol, and is intended to be running on the master.
