Long term goal to create MythTV hooks (Linux) but some bits are useful elsewhere. Hope to utilize any official Vulkano SDK for Linux one is ever released. Code is, at least I hope, properly commented and is published for better understanding of very simple, yet already archaic, methods of using OpenGL without shaders (everything is build from gl, glu, glut, glew and alut libraries and the technique I feel most advanced in the project are VAO objects). Do not expect anything more than this. -

Imageinfo is a command line tool which recognizes TIFF,GIF,PNG, BMP,JPEG,TGA,PBM,PGM,PPM image files. It is the simplest C code necessary to display useful information about each file without the use of external libraries or any C runtime code. The current EXE is 10K bytes. -

ripperX fork to clean the code and port to GTK+ 3
...While ripperX does it's job good to rip and encode songs from a CD, it uses a rather outdated user interface. Rippix tries to fill this gap. This includes porting Rippix to GTK+ 3. Additionally, many deprecated code gets rewritten and documentation will be added. 'Why a fork?' you might ask. Well, after some hacking on the ripperX code, it appeared to me that I had to do more modifications in order to port to GTK+ 3 conveniently than what could be appreciable by ripperX devs, like removing all the XPM images (including the logo) from the UI. -
