The News app is an RSS/Atom feed aggregator. It offers a RESTful API for app developers. The source code is available on GitHub.

XRSS is a Windows gadget for getting RSS feeds. It's code is based on the feed reader made by Cristian Patrasciuc, but please don't think it's a copy, I wrote this application from stratch using Cristian's app as a template because it had problems.
