Gladius DB driver for v1.42

An user reported me that my Gladius DB package contained out of date adoDB lite drivers, but was adoDB lite which in fact contained an out of date driver! :-)

I have attached the v0.6 version of the Gladius DB (v0.6 too) driver for adoDB lite v1.42; this version is the one currently delivered with Gladius DB and also in the Drake CMS project.

Gladius DB v0.5 driver

I don't remember if I submitted the updated driver for Gladius DB v0.5, the current release (adoDB lite v1.42) includes a driver numbered as v0.3 that works correctly also with later Gladius DB versions but this one attached is the more consistent I could write up to now.

MSSQL and MSSQLPO test driver

I have made some suggested changes to the MSSQL and
MSSQLPO drivers for the SelectLimit function and INSERT
_ID function.

I would like someone to help test the different
variations of usage for SelectLimit and Insert_ID.
Let me know if the changes work. I would like to know
before I release the next version.

Just download the files below and install them into
their respective directories overwriting the old files.

changed class names.

I forgot to include the proper example_module.inc file in
the documentation directory. The naming of the classes
changed and this new file reflects those changes.

The only people who would need this are those creating
new modules for ADOdb Lite.
