Recent changes to patches

0.2.7e fails to compile if MAKE_SYS_CALL set

If MAKE_SYS_CALL is set in PacketSource.c, it fails to
compile.

The patch is to add #include <stdint.h> towards the top
of the file.

Here's a patch that 'fixes' the install-sh problem.. I
suck at autoconf stuff, so I may have broken something,
but it gets it to compile for me.

Patch to 0.2.0 source tree.
