I'm letting you guys know right now that this os does not work on 12th gen intel. I have a dell xps 9315 2 in 1 with a 12th gen i7 1250u 10c 12t and an intel iris xe gpu, i thought intel was the best for bliss os. Well thats what I read while doing research turns out that's just a giant lie, save your time and sanity if you have 12th gen intel because it doesn't work.

Device: HP Laptop 15s-fq4xxx
Primary OS: Windows 11 Home
BlissOS: 15.9.2 (Generic)

I have successfully installed BlissOS on a separate drive with 20GB storage. BlissOS does open Bluetooth and UI shows that the device is scanning for available devices. However, the result is always null. I have tried turning OFF other wireless devices nearby while keeping a single device ON to be connected, but it won't connect any way. Other devices doesn't find BlissOS as well.
To add more, everything else including WiFi works well till now.

Let me know if I need to add more information.

I need help because this is been frustrating to say the least, I have the dell 9315 2 in one tablet thing and I'm trying to dual boot bliss with windows, i tried both 16.9 and 15.9 with 3 drives I have with no luck , It seems like 1. it corrupts what ever it installs or 2. just erases everything it had just previously installed, any help would be appreciated thanks for reading.

"Install EFI From Bootable USB" method is not working on an Acer Switch 3 Tablet PC.

Everything is appears to work nice, smooth and self explainable but after reboot there is no bootable partition found by EFI.

I managed to start BlissOS by using SuperGrub Bootable USB but that tool can't repair whatever is going wrong during the installation process.

Is there some other tool which can create a working boot partition?

Ah, a lil late for that. There should be a warning somewhere on the download page.

Better yet, a simple step by step to manually install Bliss. That would help.

So I managed to install it manually , I had to use the installer's disk management program to make 2 partitions. Again, someone starting with Bliss to play with their hardware and some iso files, would probably give up thinking the auto-install is broken so they find another os.

At least give the essentials to help noobs or the curious about Bliss OS:

like making 2 partitions:
512MiB - type: ef (EFI), primary
the rest Linux (type 83), primary.

Don't forget to WRITE both partitions before exiting the disk manager.
that helped the installer to continue and actually install Bliss.

Btw the choice of installing Grub or that other bootloader, I tried both.

Grub is ok but could we skip it and just jump directly into Android ?
If so then that should be the 3rd choice of bootloader.

The other one is nice and simple, but should be in dark mode. And if you can make it touchscreen friendly that would be a plus.

The choice to skip installing either loaders, left me with an unbootable tablet, so maybe add a 3rd choice during installation to boot directly into Android.

Anyway, my thanks for a pretty good os, I do like that Bliss 16 is Android 13, You should put that on the homepage or something.

Are you elbow deep in Android 14 to make Bliss 17? I really want to try that one.

I've seen some Android livecds that could install their os to the internal disk while testing the LIVE version

is it possible to add that to Bliss Live ?

Hello there !

I just tried to install the following using a USB thumb drive on my tablet,

Bliss-v14.10.1-x86_64-OFFICIAL-opengapps-20240226.iso
Bliss-v15.9-x86_64-OFFICIAL-gapps-20240114.iso
Bliss-v16.9.4-x86_64-OFFICIAL-gapps-20240220.iso

The auto-install and auto-update in the advanced menu don't work, they just boot the Live version of Bliss from the thumb drive.
