getting the same message, it list 1st the installed &lt;br /&gt;
directory which is c:\program files\babya group &lt;br /&gt;
software\babya systems 2004\bdesktop.exe.  The the &lt;br /&gt;
error message : This application has failed to start &lt;br /&gt;
because the application configuration is incorrect.  It &lt;br /&gt;
then advises to try reinstalling this software to get it to &lt;br /&gt;
work.  That isn't working either.  Any suggestions???  I &lt;br /&gt;
am currently running Windows XP 2nd edition &lt;br /&gt;
