Confirming that I saw this on Windows also. Adding a newline to the last line fixed the problem.

There seems to be an error in the config parsing code which means the final line of the config file is ignored if there is no empty new line at the end of the file.

This error has occurred on Ubuntu 12.04 with Cntlm versions 0.91~rc6 and 0.92.3.
