Manual Auth Dialog Should Contain Account Name

The Manual Authentication dialog that asks you to proceed through Office 365 login and paste the resulting auth URL, should also show the name of the email account in question.

Right now I'm using davmail on two different accounts from the same provider, which means davmail will spawn the auth dialog and I'll have no idea which account it's asking for. So I just guess 50-50 and hope I get it right.
