It seems no longer working because of update of Google Map API to 3.23.

Error continously shown while interacting with map (move, zoom, scroll, mouse)

thumbnails

Option to add thumbnails looking pins in google kml file instead of this standard pin icon.

That would skip the conversion needed to work with the 2 applications.

Formats are described here:

This happens when you go in and out from a building and you have fastidious tracks towards points very very far from where you really are (bad signal acquired)

Speed Calculation

I thought it would be nice to have calculated speeds when opening a gpx file. I added some code right after the points are sorted that loops through and calculates the speeds. This allows me to determine whether we were driving or walking throughout the track. I will attach the changed code for LoadFromGPX.

Use log date for filename

Currently, the filename is the date when the file is saved. This is not a very meaningful filename: you may look at the file properties if you want to know when it was saved.

Another solution to define the filename would be for instance:
- to use the first date of the log as a filename, e.g. If my log starts on 2008-01-01..., then the filename is 2008-01-01-....nmea.
- to use the first date and the last date of the log as a filename, e.g. If my log starts on 2008-01-01xxx and ends on 2008-01-05yyy then the filename is 2008-01-01xxxto2008-01-05yyy.nmea.

Merge files

Is it possible to merge 2 .gsd or .gpx files together with DG Manager?

It sure makes my life with DG-100 easier. However..

I find it very time consuming when I trim my tracks. My options are to import track in the 96-points bins, and then start the trial and error process to find which tracks to work with. Or I use the Smart Track function if I have stopped logging between routes, but then the trimming takes even more time when waiting for the Google Map to be updated and loaded.

I suggest in no special order
1) the trim tool to be rewritten workin with time or distance.

2) In present implementation Trim from start or end should not be limited to 50 %. This requires checking that not the entire track is trimmed off.

3) the trim tool could use more of the screen.

4) A graphic representation of the dataset with time or distance scales on to better understand what is trimmed.

5) When the trimmed track is displayed on the map the trimmed parts should be drawn also, but in other color.

6) I would like to set the trim sliders for both start and end before the trimming starts.

7) It´s confusing when trim settings are not reset when I check/uncheck tracks.

Google Terrain Maps

I would like to see a button to choose also for terrain.

Now I can only view street maps or satelite maps or hybrid maps.
