Customising tree menus

I would like to see a way of customising tree menus.
In particular so that the user can be sheltered from
!App directory contents. However exeptions may be
useful like ...!App.!Help where it would be nice to
have !Help have a 'i' help icon.

Perhaps this could be achieved with a syntax
something like:

Treemenu <pathname>-apps -exeptions:
"!Help","!"*,*"fred"*

where * are wild cards. Note I am not a programmer so
please forgive my description.

This has been my only misgiving in directors features.
I use !Director on my mantally handicapped brothers
computer and have to use other ways to provide
aplication treemenus.
