This new release has a totally new core, an improved GUI and several new features for a rapid database creation and maintenance.

This beta version is almost complete. It is stable (I made many tests) but the following things are missing:

- manual / help-on-line / tutorials
only 2 chapters of the manual are present

- a "save alert" dialog

- a db creation wizard

I'm writing the druid's manual for the upcoming v2.0. As the chapters are finished you can find them in the "docs" tab. For now, only the overview chapter is online which describe the new features of the 2.0 version.

I apologize but I'm cleaning up some dirs to release the upcoming v2.0. The CVS now contains both old and new data so download the tgz file if you need druid.

This release fixes some bugs and offers new features like recent files list, tablespaces, editable table's summary and editable revisions. Check the file docs/versions.txt

The powerful java FlexLayout, used to build all druid's GUI, is now available as a separate package. It includes java source, class file and javadoc documentation.

This is the first release to the public. The program works fine and is almost complete. I'm not planning to support it (except for bug-fixing and minor changement) so don't expect a fast release period. Nevertheless, if you have any suggestion or you want to contribute as a developer (even taking the full project) feel free to contact me.
