Use emacs 24 builtin support for GnuTLS

SSL/TLS connections are currently established using external programs (gnutls-cli, starrtls) which does not work very well in Windows. Emacs 24 supports direct use of the GnuTLS as a shared library. It would be great if (optional) support for this could be added to jabber.el.

MUC: edit affiliation lists

In MUC, you can change people's affiliation if you are an admin (e.g. outcast (banned), member, admin...). But you can't get a list of people who are one of these, and edit their affiliations. For example, if you want to unban the person you banned last week, you have to remember his/her JID and type it in by hand.

jabber.el should be able to fetch the affiliation lists, and present an interface for editing them.

Added call to `suppress-keymap' when creating roster-map

As it stands currently, accidentally hitting a key that's not bound to anything (e.g. 'w') will call `self-insert-command' and be inserted into the roster buffer, something which you probably don't want to do. Calling `suppress-keymap' immediately after creating it will get rid of all self-inserting keys. For example:
