Changes from version 1.3.1 to 1.3.2:
- Added EUNET_ERROR_NOCONNECTION, EUNET_ERROR_NOTASOCKET, SOL_SOCKET, SO_*.
- Added FD_ACCEPT to windows_poll().
- BUG FIX: Removed implicit event cancellation from windows_poll().
- Ignore explicit cancellation in linux_poll().
- Updated documentation on eunet_poll().
- BUG FIX: Fixed missing accept_ for Linux.
- Added SMTPsrv.e.
- BUG FIX: the MAIL FROM: command was sending double-brackets around an email address that was already formated with brackets.  This also fixed a bug where the domain transmitted in HELO contained a bracket on the end.
