create a xml validate class similar to xsl and stx in usage.

currently the task does not support classpath(ref) attribute.

this used to be there in the early versions though.

adding it would improve task usability ratio.

meantime workaround is to call it with always properly set classpath.

certificates: java library

1. create a genuine java library for all certificate tasks. this way they can be used in other application or even script them with javascript.

2. create ant tasks for them. this way dependencies to sf, js and ant-contribs would be removed. also tasks interfaces would become more powerful and narrow minded.
