A new version of FreeSeat is now available.

FreeSeat is a web application for managing ticket booking and sales (for concerts, spectacles etc).

Since version 1.3.0, FreeSeat includes a seatmap editor so you no longer have to write or edit obscure shell scripts to get running.

Version 1.3.1 fixes two security issues and fixes many bugs, most of which were found and reported by user leifharmsen to whom I am very grateful.

All FreeSeat users are strongly urged to upgrade due to the two security issues that can be exploited by attackers to mark seat as "paid" without actually paying. Please DO NOT simply unpack the new version over the old one, but follow the instructions given in the included UPDATE file.

A new version of FreeSeat is now available.

FreeSeat is a web application for managing ticket booking and sales (for concerts, spectacles etc).

This release mostly fixes bugs, it should be safe to upgrade for anybody. Please read the UPDATE file for upgrade instructions and post a Support Request in case something goes wrong.

Changes include:

* Fixes bug #2924274 (FreeSeat would get stuck in a loop when trying to display booking if more than twenty bookings had the same email address (or none) or the same name, and sorting criteria was respectively set to email or name.).
* Feature: Better pagination of booking list.
* Feature: Support for language files of arbitrary character encodings.
* Reliability: Most configuration items now take some default value if they are missing from the config.php file.
* From version 1.2.2, version 1.2.2a adds a few missing strings in the German and Dutch language files.

A new version of FreeSeat is now available.
FreeSeat is a web application for managing ticket booking and sales (for concerts, spectacles etc).

This is a bug fix release, it should be safe to upgrade for anybody (but, AS ALWAYS, please read the UPDATE file first).

Changes include:

- Fixes bug #2857563 (display problems of seats.php due to incorrect handling of seats for which "zone" is not set).

- Implemented support request #2857529 by Karl Henselin: Prevent passwordless admin user (thank you!).

- Fixes a bug reported by Jean-Luc Monney, where changing prices from show_edit.php would sometimes fail with a message about a primary key (it was a permission problem) (thank you!).

- Improved reliability and error reporting.

FreeSeat has been updated.

Internationalisation as well as translation to English completed (Languages now available are French and English).

Lost of hardcoded stuff has been moved into the config file, too.
