New plugin for US address validation

This plugin will likely not be of interest to non-US users, but is a great help in my situation. Its up to you whether you want to include it in the package or not. By doing clean up on the data as it is entered, the user list is much more useful for maintaining an accurate customer list. For example, sending mail to bad addresses results in an extra charge from the US Postal Service, so cleaning up the addresses saves us some money.

Fix for do_hook() call in htmltickets

We should be calling ticket_finalise instead of ticket_render here.

Javascript tooltips for bookingmap

Implements feature request #3096976. Contents:
format.php.patch should be applied to functions/format.php
setup.php and index.php replace the current files in plugins/bookingmap/
wz_tooltip.js should be copied to functions directory
index.php.patch ... actually is unrelated to the above. It is a cosmetic change to keep the spectacles in columns within one table, so the front page looks more organized.
This is a first attempt at using your plugin system, so you will have to tell me if it is done properly.

Add FS_PATH to showedit image paths

The showedit index.php can't find uploaded images without adding the FS_PATH parameter. Also, you could have the default $upload_path be "files/" instead of "./files/".
