object selection framework

- grid snapping, magnetic areas
- triggering feedback to the user

Would you like to offer any component that can be reused as a class library on its own in other applications?
How much are the existing interfaces reusable already?

I would suggest to stay for entire 2007 at RB 5.5
I also suggest to add at least the use of MBS Realbasic Plugin version 4.
Someone have any suggestions about the upgrades?

Version update engine

Make it a separate application.
If online checking is enabled then launch the app.
The Version update engine opens Image Play preferences file to take the path to the app and its version.

That makes everything simplier and easier.

Project Browser

I suggest to make the project browser a separate application that could could act as Bridge with Photoshop. That makes everything simplier and easer.

Multiple app instances on Windows

Don't let the user launch more than one instance on Windows.

Export file

When exporting a file add this features:

1) First let user decide where to save
2) in the settings panel add preview settings: None. Large files could take a lot of time.
3) Besides Estimated file size add "Actual file size"
