Last Update (7.2) killed FFMPEG

Since we have upgraded to latest version >> all FFMPEG (Foscam) cameras stopped working.

• Saw in the "change log" this version is optimized to VLC 3.x >> so we have upgraded from 1.0.5 to latest 3.0.6. 64bit.
• (Installed to the iSpy\VLC64\ directory.)*
  It did not help.

Uninstalled v7.2.0 >>
and tried to istall back v7.1.8,
but the installer stopped at the beginning saying: "a newer version is already installed."
So now we are stacked with v7.2.0, where only a few old JPG cameras work, the newer HD cams not.

to roll back, uninstall ispy first
