full touch screen support (UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT)

I made a modification in the source to support mi chinesse phone, as it doesn't support full touch screen phones, I added UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT.

I think you could add this as four arrows on each side, up, down, left and right.

I got it working, but it's pretty roughtthe way Imake it , it needs a lot of improove, but it works at least. I Added Commands in soft buttons section and one for each direction.

I attached the modified file, hope it helps. There are no more than 15 new lines. In my cell phone UP is Keycode 50, Down 56, LEFT 52 and RIGHT 54.

Lower resolution / b&w

Could there be a way to switch to a black & white or
very low resolution mode? We're on Nextel's network
and full color is painfully slow.

Specifying port numbers with two colons

Hi,
It would be nice if port numbers could be specified
with two colons (::), like in every PC VNC-client I've
ever used. I have to run VNC on port 3389 because it's
the only high port that's not blocked in my company's
network, and as it's below 5900 this doesn't work.

Refactor error() from DrawToable

I think error() is a little bit strage in DrawToable (like the
former VNC.log()). Maybe a solution with a lightweight
logger would be nicer for error() and log().

One does not need a

import tk.wetnet.j2me.vnc.VNC;

in RFBProto when there is no VNC.log().

I suggest a
