User entered chip values being ignored

On entering different values for the chip values for
White, Red, Blue and Green chips, these values were
not then subsequently used on the main display.

Ante based tournament does not work

If the Ante based tournament structure is selected,
this is not then used to drive the display - it used
the Limit Blinds structure instead.

Wot no Ante display!?!

Pound Sign not displayed

Pound sign is being displayed as an unknown symbol.
Needs replacing with Unicode equivalent.
