Use DriverManger in dbconnect

There is a class called "DriverManager" in JDBC
that manages a set of drivers.

It looks in a properties "jdbc.drivers" for a driver
list, and based on the connection string it uses an
appropriate driver for the connection to a
database.

Essentially, in the DatabaseConnection we will
replace the use of the Driver.getClass with this
instead. We can use the JdbcDriverList to register
the available drivers in the system with this class.

Will look into this because it will make mutliple
drivers easier to handle. It may even allow
connections without specifying the driver.

DatabaseAlias Importing/Exporting

Implement routines to import and export a
DatabaseAliasList to a file.

I currently have algorithms that will do both, but
they are not integrated into the main system at this
time.
