#1 Patch to get built under KDE 3.0
This works, but barely. I *almost* got kdirtreemap*
working, but ran into a virtual table linking problem
that I didn't want to chase down. I'm still including
the patches that I did in those areas. In a nutshell,
I had to add some #includes, and change -lkfile to -lkio
Oh, and the macro for large files breaks under redhat
7.1. I don't think that portion of the patch should be
incorporated until someone more familiar with autoconf
fixes it for all platforms.
