Two more bug fixes.

On a system that was loaded it was possible for the graphing program to exit because the log file was empty. We now wait 2 seconds for the file to be created and initial data to be written to it by the logging program.

It was possible to start multiple copies of the logging program by repeatedly hitting the "start" button. We check now and do not create another process until the old one is removed with the stop button. This happens automatically when changing probes or sample rates etc.
