More improvements and bug fixes.

The initial graph comes up quicker. There is just a 1 second pause to collect the initial samples. It will wait for at least three samples to be available in any case.

The handling of the "mille" and "seconds" buttons has been improved.

Probes can be removed by deleting their text and hitting carriage return. A carriage return is required if a probe text is edited.

Some minor code cleanup, more is required. I apologize for my lack of TCL knowledge, it's getting better, but slowly :-)
