Right click on cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator"
Copy: regsvr32 mp3ext.dll
Paste into the cmd shell window
Press return and you get a meesage that the "dll got registered successfully"

This can be reproduced on every try.</p>
<p>I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium German with MP3Ext 3.4.25.</p></div>
