I found this is a viable alternative: http://whatismyip.akamai.com/. OAST is now showing the right IP. Ive used OAST for several years now. At work, Ive had no issues until recently. The error message I get is "Can't detect IP." The result is that no VPN connection is made. The detection IP URL in the OAST settings is http://www.whatismyip.com/automation/n09230945.asp This is the same URL I use at home with no issue...so maybe something with the network or router I use at work has changed recently. When I visit http://www.whatsmyip.com from work, I can see my IP fine.
