Description:
When trying to open any ODT document created from Restructured Text by the docutils-0.7 rst2odt converter, I get the message: "An unexpected error occurred. Please feel free to fill a bug report on the project web site (http://odf-converter.sourceforge.net) with your file attached."

This happens even for very simple documents (e.g. one line of plain text), and also persists after opening and re-saving the document in OpenOffice 3.2.

An attempt to open the temporary .docx file directly from within Word 2003 fails, even though the Office compatibility plugin for docx is installed, and works fine for other types of docx files. Similarly, a simple text file that was originally created in OpenOffice 3.2 opens fine on the same machine.

The attached .zip file contains both the original output from rst2odt (test.odt) as well as a version first opened and saved by OpenOffice 3.2 (test2.odt). Both files show the same behaviour.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Double click on "test.odt"

2. Confirm the following dialog with OK:

"Some elements may have been lost during the transformations. [...] Footer dimensions / Header dimensions / Page layout properties"

3. Confirm this error message:

4. Open "temp" folder in Explorer.

5. Double click on "test_tmp3.docx" (or similar name)

6. Word opens with a mesage: "There was an error opening the file."

Problem: In the source file, the bottom margin is set to 2cm. After conversion, it is set to only 1cm.

The file contains a table at p. 6. After conversion to ODT, the rows are higher than in the source file. Thus, the text which was originally placed below the table is now placed at the next page.

DOCX: Grouped shapes increased in size & positioned wrongly

The file contains two shapes which are grouped. After conversion, the colour is wrong and the shapes are much too big. Moreover, they're now placed on top of each other instead of next to each other.
