This does not happen when the converted file is opened in Office 2007. Reason being, after conversion, all the data label options are checked in the converted file when opened with office 2010.&lt;br /&gt;
The issue is handled in case of charts with no data labels in ODS files. In this case, anim:par and other anim:xxxx tags are necessary for feature custom animation and slide transition and these can't ignored so every file having custom animation and slide transition will get the same info while validating thru ODF 1.1 validator tool&lt;br /&gt;

2. whether the EPS images have an integrated preview or not&lt;/p&gt;
