The attached document is not a valid ODF document. In fact, it is a PDF document with a .odt file extension.

Opening PDF documents is not supported.

ODS:Additional data labels appear in the chart

on conversion of an ODS file with charts to XLSX, additional data labels appear in Excel 2010 file only.
This does not happen when the converted file is opened in Office 2007. Reason being, after conversion, all the data label options are checked in the converted file when opened with office 2010.
The issue is handled in case of charts with no data labels in ODS files. But, if the input file has even a single data label option checked(chosen), the output file would contain all the data label options checked depending on the type of chart.

DOCX:shape enhance path not interpreted by Writer

Following shape enhance paths are not interpreted by Open office writer. Due to this open office writer behavior shapes will not be visible in UI. But the in content.xml, xml node set for the path will be there.

Automatic colors determined in an application specific way

Color values set to automatic such as the color of a font are determined in an application-specific way.

Example:
In Word 2007 text having the color set to automatic will be rendered white on a red (#c00000) background.
In OpenOffice.org 3.0 text having the color set to automatic will be rendered black on a red (#c00000) background.

XLSX-Cell Border- Dotted Border not supported in ODS

The cell Border typed- Dotted in XLSX is not supported in ODS, hence on conversion the Dotted Border is retained as Solid and Continuous.
In the attached XLSX(Input)file, the border is applied to B2, and the output ods has a Solid and Continuous Border

PPTX-ODF Conformance1.1-Info-anim:par and anim:xxxx ignored

The validator gives the following information while validating the converted ODP files.
"Info-anim:par and anim:xxxx ignored Content Proceed".
In this case, anim:par and other anim:xxxx tags are necessary for feature custom animation and slide transition and these can't ignored so every file having custom animation and slide transition will get the same info while validating thru ODF 1.1 validator tool
There is no fix to remove this info, however, the validator gives a "File Valid" message even if the info is present.

DOCX: A border of width 0 gets displayed in Word

If a DrawingML object has a border specified using a w:ln element, this border is displayed in Word even if the width is 0.

EPS images are lost in conversion process

EPS images are lost in the conversion process ODT > DOCX.

This is independent of:

1. whether the images are embedded in the document / are referenced from the file system
2. whether the EPS images have an integrated preview or not

(I'm using the CommandLineTool-2.5-AllFormats version.)
