libpopt should be checked in configure

Under debian etch I get the following error, which is due to a missing packet named libpopt-dev. This shoukd be checked by the configure script?

With an
apt-get install libpopt-dev the software compiles.

Ximian OpenOffice support

The title says it all I guess. Currently running
openoffice-ximian-1.3.9-r1 in Gentoo and having a hard
time figuring out how to get dictionaries in. englundc

weird install location

it installs to /opt/gnome2/bin/OOodi
apart from having a really weird name, that
non-standard location is not reported anywhere in the
readme. had to run updatedb and locate to find it. one
would expect /usr/local/bin really

install shared is broken

Installed the following version:
ooodi-0.63-i686-linux.tar.gz

ran 00odi as root, it won't install dictionaries as
shared. had to re-run as user and install as user.
