Hi Kishore,

the idea is the following, you need to create a debug file for your HW+Debugger.

This commmand file for you command shall:
load the software
set a breakpint break ConfTestFinish
run the code
dump the variables:
TestResults to the file out/dbg/TestResults.bin
TestResultsOk to the file out/dbg/TestResultsOk.bin
SequenceCounter to the file out/dbg/SequenceCounter.bin
SequenceCounterOk to the file out/dbg/SequenceCounterOk.bin
** ConfTestResult to the file out/dbg/ConfTestResult.bin

The values shall be stored in binary format. These variables contain the result of the tests, the script will read the results an print them to the protocol.

Further in the $dbgfile i.e debug.scr which is attached I am unable to interpret the significance of the line

dump value out/dbg/TestResults.bin TestResults

Any relevant information regarding this script language used will be of great help.

By the way i would also like to know is this project still active ?
When can we expect the next release and which other platforms would be supported ?

Presently I am facing a issue in the debug command.
As I have mentioned earlier I am trying on Tricore platform.

The issue right now is when the debug command is given for execution inside the perl script present in FreeOSEK/Os/tst/ctest/bin attached.

In the perl script the debugger is invoked at the line

system("$GDB $out -x $dbgfile");

Here I need to modify this line according to my debugger options.
I am in the process of doing it.However I am unable to understand the command used

Can u please explain why $out is used in this line ?

Info: the testcases which are failed is an issue in the port to posix... :( I have to check them with more time... I run them ~3 years ago for the last time hehe

Hi,

you have to run the make ctest from the root where the main Makefile is located.

the following modules shall be enabled:
FreeOSEK/TestSuite FreeOSEK/Gen FreeOSEK/Drv FreeOSEK/Os FreeOSEK/Os/tst/ctest

There were some issues in the svn, so I have commit some changes, but in posix. after the changes I fixed some compiler warnings and in posix is running without segmentation faults. Some test cases are failed... :( but at least is running.

But your exception is in perl, please try from the root makefile with the indicated modules and let me know if it happens again.

I attached you the output that I have at this moment.

To answer your 1st post

I could do the make generate and make also with
MODS += tst/moduletest01 \ OpenGEN \ OpenDRV \ FreeOSEK \ TestSuite

Ya I have cygwin gcc and make.
Haven't checked about doxygen and nm yet as my priority right now is conformance testing.

Like you have mentioned in your second post i tried
make ctest
from cygwin when my local directory was
FreeOSEK/tst/ctest/mak

Now the different testcases are starting but there is some issue which is stopping it from performing the test.
I would like you to look into the screenshot of the error attached.

Also I would like to know what are the things to be added to the makefile present in
FreeOSEK/tst/ctest/mak folder like the ctestclean target is empty.

Any relevant docs will be of great help.

For the conformace tests you have to configure the following modules:

FreeOSEK/TestSuite FreeOSEK/Gen FreeOSEK/Drv FreeOSEK/Os FreeOSEK/Os/tst/ctest

and to run:

make ctest

FreeOSEK/Os/tst/mtst/mtst01 FreeOSEK/Gen FreeOSEK/Drv FreeOSEK/Os FreeOSEK/TestSuite

can you generate? make generate?

I can support you but I have no windows computer :( Do you have already cygwin with gcc and make, also doxygen, nm and php?
