&lt;p&gt;But, after I upgraded OWL couple of month ago and moved to another server I have after that activity taken notice of the Swedish Character and some special english characters has been mangled in the move. It's not that many and would be easy if OWL actually would allow me to rename the mangled file names to what it should be; for example:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;InfÃ¶rande_och_hjÃ¤lp_av_ITSM.pdf&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;should be and changed to:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Införande_och_hjälp_av_ITSM.pdf&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But, when renaming the file within "Modify File Properties" I get the nice error that the file already exists. So it would be nice if at least for Admins if this check could be ignored by having maybe an extra cross-box in the form; ie [x] Forced Update or something like that.
