Beginning with xmlroff 0.3.98, the PangoXSL source code is bundled with xmlroff (http://xmlroff.org) source code distributions so there is no need to download or build a separate PangoXSL distribution.

PangoXSL 1.6.0.0 implements several additional XSL attributes for Pango. This is the first release of PangoXSL.

PangoPDF implements PDF/PostScript backends for Pango. PangoPDF 1.2.3.7 defaults to building the GNOME Print backend and not building the PDFlib backend.

PangoPDF implements PDF/PostScript backends for Pango. PangoPDF 1.2.3.6 fixes a bug when rendering selected lines from a PangoLayout that was causing problems for the xmlroff XSL formatter (http://xmlroff.org/).

So much for the easy-to-write version number! PangoPDF 1.2.3.5 has bug fixes for text with a background colour (the text now shows) and text with a rise value (the text now rises).
