Portable UPnP SDK News

The latest release of Portable UPnP SDK contains:
- A new library version;
- Fixes to Mac OS X and NetBSD;
- Fixes for MSVC
- Support for the Basic Device (http://www.upnp.org/standardizeddcps/basic.asp);
- Sample that demonstrates coexistence of a device and a control point in the same application;
- Several bug fixes.
