Portable UPnP SDK 1.6.2 Released

The latest release of Portable UPnP SDK contains:
- Improovment in miniserver code so that it does not use 100% CPU in case of error;
- Fixed a memory leak in upnpapi.c to delete MiniServerThreadPool in the call to UpnpFinish();
- Fixed "make check";
- Fixed a missing #ifdef in miniserver.c.
