Questions are: 1) Which file should I use to be processed by pyQPCR and 2) What's the point A&B 7900 HT giving the option of exporting a folder with 384 files that cannot be interpreted to extract data. Thanks for your help and apologies for my illiteracy!

I am working with Rotor Gene 6000. I tried to import my files with QIAGEN Corbett but it doesn't work. I've tried all the .csv files available but none of them works. Could you tell me if this input file format is compatible with this device? And if not is it possible to create an imput format specific to RotorGene qPCR devices?
I recently began doing qPCR and found your program online. I intent to do basic relative quant.
However, there's a catch: I have not been able to open any of the files I have exported from the LC480 (v1.5). Almost every error message that has been posted in this forum has appeared in my screen. I have exported in every posible way (.txt, .ixo, *.xml) almost everything that has crossed my path (tables, whole sheets, results, sample editor, analysis sheets, whole document) in both the sample editor and the analysis tabs of the LC480.
I did manage to open a table from the sample editor, but there are no Cp values there. No analysis has been done there, as it only contains the sample arrangement.

Could someone please indicate me which is the the actual sheet/table that must be exported to make this work?

thanks

M

First of all, thank you for development of pyQPCR. We used a lot this software, me and my colleagues!
