Implement CPS support

implemented.

Implement marker bit

RFC4103 states that marker bit SHOULD be used
during silent periods.

Remove characters from internal buffer if not sent

Characters are buffered in an internal buffer before they
are sent to remote. They may be lying in the buffer a
long time if CPS is low.

Backspace characters are also saved in the buffer.
Instead of saving a backspace character, remove the
last character in the buffer instead!

Close sockets correctly

All RFC2793 text RTP and RTCP sockets are closed
brutally, without any confirmation from remote. They
whould be closed in a neat way, using RTCP BYE etc.

Auto detect best CPS and buffer time settings

Use RTCP reports to autodetect the best settings for
buffer time and CPS in a session!

Symmetric RTP

Use symmetric RTP, this will allow usage through non-
SIPaware firewalls.
