This document describes how to transport text over RTP, which is suitable to use in IP text telephone connections. RFC 4103 is backward compatible with RFC 2793, and gives a more detailed description of the protocol with more examples and clearer stated SDP negotiation procedures that hopefully will give good interoperatibility.</p> <p>With this new standard document, a new release of RTP text/t140 Library is now available on SourceForge.
