It is an issue due to the way in that SQL Server manages their SQL language specification. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In SQLeo this error does not occurs because SQLeo is prepared for use jTds jdbc driver for SQL Server and Sybase.&lt;/p&gt;
