possible to host the application on service providers
who has support for postgresql and php, and manage the
application through CPanel and phppgadmin.

Things to look out:

1. some how when the file editor was used, several
empty lines were added at the end of php files after
?php>. That can cause problems, remove anything after ?>

2. Since CPanel does not really have a shell, the
database creation steps in the shell script have to
be run by hand.

good luck.
