Add files from FTP to projects

The current situation is that I am able to add to a
project files that are loaded from
FTP (which is great), but when I open the project the
editor is not able to reload these files. instead it gives
an error dialog with the message that file xxx not found,
and it appends the project directory (i.e. the path of
the directory in which the project file is saved) to the
original path (that was the ftp path).
