refined it a bit more, changed the errorhandler to formatmessage and only puts asm int&0x3 in case a debugger is running.

I took some time going over the shmem patch for gcc, and fixed a few things that could lead to problems with the 64 bit version. I also cleaned up the code a bit and convoluted the error handling so that if a function fails it will print where in the code. So far it has not triggered the errorhandler yet. This patch applies to gcc-5.3.0.
