Ref Cursor Not Working

Tora 2.1.3 doesnt allow to pass in ref cursor values for queries. Tora is installed on Windows. We are using Oracle 11.2.0.1 client. Db Server is also 11.2.0.1. The dialog box which pops up is for accepting bind variables.

Example

exec open :cr for select * from vendor_service_config;
Vendor_service_config is a nornal table with 10 columns and rows
This works in Toad as a dialog box pops up where you specify type as ref cursor. In TOra the dialog box doesnt accept ref cursor as its expecting a bind variable
