Tora is installed on Windows.  We are using Oracle 11.2.0.1 client. Db Server is also 11.2.0.1. The dialog box which pops up is for accepting bind variables.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Example&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;exec open :cr for select * from vendor_service_config;&lt;br /&gt;
Vendor_service_config is a nornal table with 10 columns and rows&lt;br /&gt;
This works in Toad as a dialog box pops up where you specify type as ref cursor.
