But then you need to wire up the reset and erase switches and a DB-9 connector to connect to a serial-to-USB interface. Or you need to add the serial-to-USB interface to the cable assembly. It's probably easier (and a lot cheaper) to send me your HP-30b and let me program it with the WP-34S firmware, assuming that's what you want.
