when cross compiling creates file NUL

checked out svn recent source in windows 10.
but when i tried to remove xavs folder,failed ,
it just says "invalid MS-DOS function."

so went to that folder
and found NULL file.

Why xavs checkout made this undeletable file?

Hello. As a note today it always creates the file NUL when compiling (even cross compiling) which can confuse things for cygwin for instance: https://www.cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2015-09/msg00015.html might be nice to make it system dependent (though annoying I'm sure).
