New 1.1.4pre3 available for download and in SVN now!

This is a major refactoring of the project to increase ease-of-use and ease-of-installation. The project has dropped a number of peripheral features to put more speed into the central functionality.

main updates since 1.1.4pre2:

- new ffmpeg version
- no more Xt UI
- glade and autogen based
- more sensible compilation defaults (./configure && make install will do what most people want)
- lot's of code cleanups ...
